Bob Evans CEO resigns, meaning there’s one less person eating cinnamon hotcakes now
Bob Evans CEO Steve Davis resigned this morning in a move that was effective immediately. But, Davis will stay on until the end of the year in order to assist with the transition. While the board searches for a replacement it will be run by an Office of the Chief Executive (made up of the CFO and president of Bob Evans Foods). The board also formed a transition committee with three directors.
