Overturned cement truck shuts down part of 315

A cement truck overturned early Friday morning on 315 North between I-70 and Rich Street. The northbound lanes have been shut down because of the incident, and medics have reported the driver was injured in the accident. The lanes aren’t expected to open until after the morning commute.
