Exposed: Hilliard man sent to jail indecent exposure
A Hilliard man has been accused of exposing himself to a teen near an apartment complex. His bail has been set at $20,000 and Stephen J. Tully is facing charges of indecency. The teen reported the incident in July, and the 53-year-old man was arrested Thursday, according to ABC6.
