Northstar changes course in Upper Arlington
It looks like a slight change of course for the folks behind the Northstar Cafe. The folks behind the local chain with locations on North High Street and at Easton are now at work on a new space in Westerville. Plans had also been announced for an Upper Arlington project that would have included a restaurant, patio, test kitchen and new headquarters for the group. (They also own the Third and Hollywood restaurant near Grandview.) But now the U.A. plans are on-hold. A source says that going forward with the Upper Arlington and Westerville projects simultaneously was proving to be too much of a financial leap. (jj)
