Jimmy V’s owner debuting new German Village bistro in January
Valter Veliu is the manager / co-owner of the German Village Jimmy V’s restaurant and he’s about to launch another venture in the area as well.
Valter’s at Maennerchor has set January 19th as opening date for his new bistro in the German Heritage House at 976 South High Street. The restaurant was originally expected to launch in October but is now hiring for its debut next month.
Expect to find German fare on the menu with an occasional Mediterranean spin.
The new bar / eatery will be open seven days a week and include a weekend breakfast menu.
