Monday night special event at Columbus Brewing Company
Columbus Brewing Company and Rhinegeist Brewing are joining forces tonight for a special tasting event. The special all-inclusive dinner will include four courses, four beers and an opportunity to meet the co-founder of the Cincinnati-based Rhinegeist. Tonight’s menu includes:
COURSE ONE
Seared sea scallop, avocado mousse, butter toast, frisee salad, beurre monte
Served with Spritz – Berliner Weiss
COURSE TWO
Beef cheeks, shallot marmalade, cauliflower puree, rainbow veg, marsala demi
Served with Hustle – Rye Pale Ale
COURSE THREE
Blackened tiger shrimp, house smoked andouille, sweet corn bread, sherry creamed corn reduction
Served with Emergency Hop Kit – IPA the 1st Rhinegeist collaboration with Sun King Brewing, Indianapolis
COURSE FOUR
Dunken Matt’s Orange Ho-Ho
Orange infused shortcake, white chocolate ganache, marshmallow cream
Served with Dunk – German style dark ale
