Traveling with a pet can be stressful, and flying with one can be a nightmare. Which is way Delta unveiled a new tracking system for pet owners that’ll help them keep tabs on their pets. Starting today, the airline set up a new monitoring GPS system (using Sendum’s PT300) that lets flyers track their pets and check on things like their temperatures or whether they’re ‘right side’ or sitting up. You sign up to use it for $50 per flight, however it’s only being offered at 10 airports. And while Ohio made the list, it’s our southern sister Cincinnati that’ll get to use the system.

Here’s hoping that other airports, like CMH. are next on the list. Because this would make traveling with Mr. Jay Catsby ALOT easier! (deb)

10 Airports with Pet Tracking:

  • Atlanta
  • Cincinnati
  • Detroit
  • Los Angeles
  • Memphis
  • Minnepolis/St. Paul
  • New York
  • Salt Lake City
  • Seattle
  • Tampa
