Let the Arnold impersonations begin!

It’s that time of year again, when the fit and built come to Columbus for the Arnold Sports Festival. And this year, the 23rd edition of the festival (which goes from March 5-8), features some new changes. Most notably, its move from Vets Memorial to the Expo Center.

Our friends at FitColumbus put together a little list of what to expect at this year’s Arnold:

  • Free shuttles will run between the Convention Center and the Expo Center
    • Daily tickets ($10 in advance, $15 at the door) are good for both locations

Events that have been moved to the Expo Center:

  • Archery – Lausche Building
  • Cheerleading and Dance – Celeste Center
  • CrossFit Endeavor – Coliseum 
  • Table Tennis – Voinovich Center 
  • XPC Powerlifting – Rhodes Center 
  • Bodybuilding competitions and shows – Battelle Grand Ballroom (Convention Center)

New this year:

  • Arnold Kids Fitness Expo (March 7-8) – Bricker Building, Expo Center
    • Sat., 1-3PM on Main stage: Arnold’s Kids Got Talent! show hosted by Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC
    • Sat., 3PM: Chess match between eight-year-old Emma Chang of Dublin and Arnold
    • Demonstrations from the Columbus Crew, Spartan Race, Cyclone Gymnastics, World Jump Rope. and more
  • WWE Experience (March 7-8) – Convention Center,
    • Meet-and-greets, autograph signing, Q&A sessions
    • Live tryouts and matches from WWE’s Next Generation talent

New events:

  • Disc golf – Expo Center, Ohio Historical Society grounds
  • Equestrian – Expo Center, Cooper Arena
  • Pickleball – Expo Center, Buckeye Building
  • POWER X – Expo Center, Rhodes Center
