Watershed Distillery garners national attention
Columbus’ own Watershed Distillery is known for its commitment to sourcing local ingredients and its minimal, undeniably delicious takes on classic spirits.
You’ve probably seen their sleek labels around Columbus, but you might start seeing them elsewhere in the midwest and even nationwide with all the positive exposure they’re getting.
They were most recently featured on liquor.com, where the website highlighted the distillery’s “Old Fashioned” bottled cocktail, made with bourbon, bitters, raw sugar, and cherry juice.
Writer Kara Newman called it “robust, with just enough sweetness to take the edge off while still letting the whiskey shine through.”
