Weekend Highlight: Nelsonville Music Festival

Nelsonville Music Festival is going down this weekend, an Ohio haven for campers and music lovers.

The acts range from international folk (The Tallest Man on Earth) to bluegrass (Gillian Welch) to the classic (Randy Newman) to the weird (Mac DeMarco).

It’s set in the rolling hills of southern Ohio with several small stages, where you can see nationally touring acts in intimate settings.

Though the festival began on Thursday, it lasts through Sunday and tickets are still available.

Saturday’s lineup features a few strong folk acts, including Welch and The Tallest Man on Earth, while Newman closes out the festival on Sunday night.
