New TV deal nets Crew increased visibility
The Columbus Crew’s new broadcast deal with Sinclair Broadcast Groups means that the soccer team will have the greatest visibility they’ve had in years, with games airing on local stations The CW Columbus, MyTV Columbus, ABC 6 and Fox 28.
It used to be that soccer fans had to deal with games only airing on cable networks, and for the past two years, you could only see the Crew on the Time Warner Sports Network (only available through Time Warner Cable).
But the new deal means it will be much easier to watch the Crew kick ass in their beautiful new uniforms.
