Footage of weekend brawl at Easton causes a stir on social media

More than a dozen people were involved in a brawl Saturday night at the Easton Town Center mall.

Documented in a video that has been shared over 10,000 times on Facebook, it shows several assailants attacking someone before security guards enter and attempt to rectify the situation.

At least two fighters were taken into custody, and Easton Town Center public relations spokesman Lisa Hinson said in a statement that the fighters were ejected from the property and are prohibited from Easton.

NBC4 reports that the incident is being considered trespassing by Columbus police, and this is the fourth trespassing case at the mall since Jan. 7. Records also show police have responded to three assaults at the mall since Dec. 29, 2015
