Watch Columbus Crew players read mean tweets about their new uniforms

In case you haven’t heard, the Columbus Crew is leaving behind their black and gold uniforms for a new yellow, red, blue and white uniform inspired by the Columbus flag (which apparently is a thing).

The initial response from fans was not particularly enthusiastic, though some have found a certain endearing joy in the awkwardness of the primary colors and fluorescent blue shorts.

As if to celebrate, the Crew released a video of players reading mean tweets about the new kits. Even if you’re not a soccer fan, this is undeniably entertaining.

My personal favorite: “I was pissed at first but calmed down once I realized this is really cool for the 3rd grade class that designed these.”
