|A passionate and committed leader, responsible for the overall operations of High Bank Distillery including: Sales generation; all aspects of P&L management, hiring, training and development of hourly staff and management; execution of safety / sanitation; high quality food preparation; high levels of hospitality and service; proactive and economical maintenance of the building, grounds and all equipment; communication and administration of all company policies and procedures. The General manager is responsible for these areas whether on or off premise.

This position manages the entire operation and is responsible for the performance management, development, promotion and recruitment of talented staff that aligns with High Bank Distillery core values. Every effort must be made to keep the business staffed at all times and fill vacant positions immediately with a high sense of urgency.
