A two story, 24-unit apartment building is slated for Fall 2017 at Trolley park, open to Ohio State students and young professionals, according to The Lantern.

Falling at the intersection of North Grant Avenue and 11th Avenue, the new property will feature on-site parking and possibly a dog park for the unused land and will be constructed by Legacy Management Services.

Though Trolley Park sits next to its namesake train tracks, Lennox Flats, another property, has reported no major issues or headaches over any noise coming from the tracks.

“We’re noticing such a big trend of young professionals’ families moving to this area that this isn’t directly marketed to just students,” said Cassidie Rahall, LMS’ marketing manager, to The Lantern. “This area is great because of its easy access downtown and its close proximity to campus.”

Legacy properties range anywhere from $600 to over $2,000 a month, and according to Legacy, the new apartments at Trolley Park will be a middle ground between high end and typical off-campus housing.
