Local sergeant, hero of dogs

Here is some good news to round out your Friday afternoon: Sgt. Ralph Guglielmi of the Columbus Division of Police is being praised for the compassion he demonstrated on Wednesday. He spotted two dogs wandering the streets in Southeast Columbus, intercepted them, and waited with them in safety until Animal Control could retrieve them.
