Poultry & Game department filled once again at North Market

This Saturday, North Market will pull the curtain on their new FRESH merchant: Park Street Poultry & Game. They’ll be replacing North Market Poultry & Game which left the N Market fam a little over a week ago. The new shop will offer chicken, sausage, and eggs. For anyone looking to impress a date, they’ll also sell small batch, gourmet fed, pastured chicken, exclusive to the N Market.

The chicken and eggs will come from poultry that is free-range, cage-free, and naturally fed with locally sourced grain and added-in organic minerals. The sausages are gluten, preservative, and filler-free. They work to use organic spices and fruits in their recipes as often as they can.

The Park Street Poultry & Game booth will also keep ready-to-cook items like meatloaves, potpies, and kebobs on hand.

Mike Bambeck, commander of Park Street Poultry & Game, was the owner of a sign shop in Dublin up until recently. He began working with Brooke Hayes of Speckled Hen Farm and The Cluckwagon Food Truck and fell in love immediately.

“Being a self proclaimed foodie, and knowing and loving the freshness and deliciousness of Brooke’s products, I knew I wanted to be part of this,” said Bambeck.

More information about the newest N Market vendor will be flowing in as they get settled in. Stay up to date with the North Market Facebook page.
