06/28/2017- Scooch over, Columbus, New York vibes are coming in hot. A five-story apartment complex is about to fly up alongside downtown’s Topiary Park. Motorists Insurance Group revealed their master plan to renovate the residential area near its East Broad St. tower.

New apartments will be inspired by New York-style brownstone walk-up joints. This will be the first building in Motorists redevelopment scheme.

It’ll have 105 units available to rent; 41 two-bedrooms, 64 studios/one-bedrooms.

Like most other developments that have been going up, a large retail space is planned for the east side of the building.
