The big, beautiful hotel in Dublin’s Bridge Park is finishing up fluffing the pillows and folding the toilet paper. AC Hotel Columbus Dublin will open sometime in September. It’ll rise 8 stories and accommodate 150 rooms full of business and leisure travelers. Most notably, it will have a rooftop bar and restaurant overlooking the Scioto River. For $159, all that and more could be yours.

Crawford Hoying Development Partners and manager Shaner Hotels headed the whole thing up. They channeled some European Modernism vibes in their aesthetic. The theme will be pushed forward with a Spanish-inspired breakfast of egg dishes, pastries, cheeses, and prosciutto.

“Our contemporary rooms are spacious, sleek and Instagram-worthy, the meeting space is efficient and our rooftop restaurant’s design will be rivaled only by the drink menu and all the fun to be had there,” said GM Orcun Turkay in a press release.

DEAL! AC Hotel is offering a debut promo that includes a $50 food and drink voucher and a two-night minimum stay between October 1 and December 29.

Crawford Hoying has been making things happen lately. They moved their offices to Bridge Park and are working a $300 million mixed-used development there including a new Cap City Diner.
