If you’re in the service industry, you know what a headache ordering and managing inventory can be. Miscommunications with your supplier, handwriting on a chart that you can’t quite make out, the complications go on and on. But BlueCart is putting it’s wheel down to stop them all. This new mobile app, hitting Columbus June 19, will help service restaurants, retailers, hotels, and suppliers in simplifying their inventory ordering and management.

Communication between businesses and their suppliers is done right on the app so what is on their screen is also on the suppliers screen; no room for he said, she said mishaps. This translates into 5 times fewer returns. The BlueCart app also reduces food waste by 52 percent.

There won’t be any offices in Columbus but there will be several BlueCart salespeople in the market. Currently, the mobile app has 27,000 users and is stationed in Chicago, New York, Washington D.C. and San Francisco.

For more information about the app, read this and check out their website.
