COSI…Without the kids tomorrow night

Adults visiting COSI often tell us they would love to have exclusive time at COSI without feeling like they are taking anything away from kids. Lucky for them, there’s COSI After Dark. You probably already know that learning doesn’t just stop when we finish school. And we all know that after spending 40-plus hours at work we need some downtime. COSI After Dark is a great place to unwind, learn through hands-on science demonstrations and exhibits, and have fun. And did I mention there are bars around the museum?

July’s theme is “It Came From Outer Space.” As you can imagine, we’re a little obsessed with all things space related, considering we have a gorgeous digital Planetarium and Space exhibit, and our Chief Scientist, Dr. Paul Sutter, is an astrophysicist. We’re always looking for ways to teach our guests about space exploration and our vast universe.

We’ll have space-related hands-on activities, and we’ll be offering a special add-on workshop in the Tech Studio exploring 3D printing and the modeling software.

COSI After Dark is held only once a month and tomorrow is the day! Swing by between 5:30 and 10pm for some boozy, spacey fun.
