Krys Nadock has committed to a fit lifestyle and she wants to share it with you. Read her inspiration below and then follower her on Instagram to motivate you to get to the gym.

“My motivation to stay in shape is mainly driven by health complications I have experienced. Four years ago, I had a lumbar fusion done on my spine. They cut through all my abdominal and back muscles, and I was on bed rest for a month. I looked like a skeleton and I never wanted to feel that weak again. And besides, we all know the Hunger Games are coming soon so I want to be ready.”
