F45 is one of the fastest growing workouts in the world because it gives you a full body workout everyday of the week. Each day varies between either strength or cardio — the coolest part about this workout is that everyone around the world does the same workout each day.
I didn’t really know what to expect when I went in to F45 in Dublin for the first time. I walked into a room full of strangers but within five minutes it felt like I worked out there everyday of the week.
My first day at F45 was strength. While doing strength you work from head to toe and isolate muscle areas that you don’t use in every workout. Paul, the owner of F45, was there to walk me through the workouts and motivate the class the whole time. Forty-five minutes goes by pretty quickly when you’re with a group of people!
The second day was the cardio circuit. Less than an hour of cardio? No sweat — just kidding there was a lot of sweat and I was exhausted after but I knew I had a great workout. That feeling of accomplishment is why we go to the gym anyway.
