6 Stolen Vehicles Within 3 Hours, Police Report

As temperatures dip, police are once again reporting stolen vehicles, this time six within a span of three hours.

Police are reminding Columbusites that when warming up your car, it’s better to stay inside the car and not leave it unattended, according to 10tv. 

Car thieves are taking advantage of the warming cars left unlocked – five of the thefts reported happened while the victims left the car to go back inside their homes.

Only two of the thefts have been recovered.
