Cause of Ohio State Fair Ride malfunction revealed
After an investigation by the manufacturer of the Fireball ride that malfunctioned at the Ohio State fair, the cause of the fatal accident has been uncovered.
Years of corrosion on the ride caused it to break apart last Thursday, killing on teenager and injuring many others.
The manufacturer, KMG International, posted a notice on their Facebook page about the findings of the investigation.
Ohio State Fair attendance is down 14 percent this year.
