COTA releases video of Reagan Tokes murder suspect just before abduction

 

Surveillance video released by COTA shows Brian Golsby who is facing rape, kidnapping and murder charges in the murder of OSU student Reagan Tokes. The videos show Golsby in the OSU area shortly before Tokes was allegedly abducted and murdered by him. The videos will be a part of the evidence shown at Golsby’s trial. Incredibly, Golsby was wearing an ankle monitor after being released from prison in November for a string of attacks and robberies a few years earlier. He faces the death penalty if found guilty.
