Head-stomping cop now in deep water

The CPD officer who kicked/stomped/tapped/connected his foot to a guy’s face which then connected with the pavement in April has been found to have used “unreasonable” force. This came after an internal investigation. The Officer’s name is Zachary Rosen. The investigation has been forwarded on to the Division’s Discipline Grievance Section for further review.
