A Chicago-based hotel development company has acquired prime real estate right within the Short North arches.

Bollinger Tower at 750 N High Street will become Graduate Hotel Columbus come spring of 2019, reports Columbus Business First. This isn’t going to be your cookie cutter Hilton. Graduate hotels curate each of their property’s aesthetics based on the unique college town where it’s located. They currently have nine locations open with six more in the works. Here’s a bit from their website:

“Every site and property celebrates and commemorates the youthful optimism of school days and cultivates the spirit of each community in a bright new way.”

Attention to detail is keen, vibrant patterns, interesting quirks, and a creative take on the traditional hotel stay is Graduate’s school of thought.

Graduate Hotel Columbus will have 171 units and based on rates for the Ann Arbor location, average rooms will run you about $280 a night, depending of course upon when you choose to book.

There will also be two food and beverage outlets along with 4,000 sq-ft of meeting space and ground floor retail space.
