Rumor has it, on the heels of Crosswoods’ Winking Lizard closing will be neighboring Bravo Cucina Italiana. In their places will most likely be a 168-unit extended-stay hotel.
The Dispatch reports a Westerville development company plans to build on the site at 100 Hutchinson Avenue.
The new hotel would pretty much be an apartment complex because zoning calls for commercial use of the ground floor and residential above it.
If everything goes smoothly, this new hotel will be in the center of a whole ring of other hotels: Sheraton Suites, Double Tree by Hilton, Homewoods Suites by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriot, Motel 6, Quality Inn, and Extended Stay America.
Damn, Crosswoods, got enough places for people to stay?
