Man gets handful of years for filming child using bathroom in Target

A former Target employee was sentenced for filming 12-year-old boy using the bathroom in the Target at Lennox Town Center.

“It’s something I can never take back. I’m very sorry,” Lively saying Wednesday, according toNBC4i.

He placed a cell phone in a stall where the boy was using the bathroom. He claimed he thought he was recording an adult, not a child.
