Teen accidentally shoots stepbrother in the face

A 15-year-old boy was shot in the face by his 14-year-old stepbrother at a Speedway over the weekend. He survived and is recovering in a hospital.

It happened at the gas station at 6421 E Broad St. around 3:15 pm.

The 14-year-old was handling a gun in the back of parked car when he accidentally fired, hitting his stepbrother in the face.

 

The victim’s stepbrother was charged with improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle.
