Summer is unofficially over which doesn’t mean you need to pull out the cardigans just yet but it is time to start thinking about switching gears.

Watch High St. turn into a real life Halloweentown and dance around the Short North like Marnie discovering she’s a witch at HighBall Halloween.
This year’s party will feature a fabulous tribute to the Spice Girls, a public costume contest, street performances and of course the Battelle Costume Couture Fashion Show.RSVP to the event
