CAPA back with summer flicks to fit everyone’s fancy

The longest-running classic film series in the country is located right here in Columbus and has released their 2018 lineup.

The CAPA Summer Movies Series is back for its 49th year with flicks to fit everyone’s fancy.

From June 15 through August 5, the historic Ohio Theater at 39 E State St will be airing 27 films including 12 series premieres, a silent film with live musical accompaniment, two Saturday mornings of classic cartoons, a ghostly comedy double feature, and the return of the Fright Nite Friday hosted by Fritz the Nite Owl. 

Tickets are on sale now; strips of 10 tickets are $30 and single tickets are just $5 one hour prior to the showtime at the Ohio Theatre kiosk. Senior citizen tickets are $4.
