Flightless plane: Aircraft simulator opens this weekend

Ever wanted to take the pilot’s seat but not be responsible for the lives of dozens of passengers or even leave the ground?

Yes? Perfect! Because Take Flight Ohio is opening this weekend and can give you just that.

The brand new flight simulator at 4816 Sawmill Rd sends you on an aviation adventure through natural wonders like the Grand Canyon, natural elements like rain and wind, and natural obstacles like taking off and landing.

The cockpit is complete with a 210-degree viewing field, dials, computer screens, switches, flashing buttons, and all the amenities afforded by a Boeing 737 MAX—the type of plane Take Flight Ohio is modeled after, according to This Week News.

Simulations range from from $34.99 for 10 minutes to $269.99 for 150 minutes.

Just in time for the holidays, owner John Price is offering promotions including 30% off gift vouchers.
