Nestled around a safe, sticky bed of rice, cuddled with some avocado, cucumber, and/or cream cheese, hugged by a wrap of seaweed, drizzled with spicy mayo, accented by brightly colored ginger and wasabi…

Hell, we’d even be honored to go out as sushi.

Fusian comes at you not just with delicious sushi, but a dining experience backed by a mantra. They want you to eat their product with feeling and enjoy trying new tastes while being engaged by the dynamic space—to see it as an event and not just a meal.
