Headliner announced for A&F’s scenic New Albany charity fest

When you think Abercrombie and Fitch, fitted graphic tees and overly scented, poorly-lit mall stores probably come to mind.

But, we challenge you to image a campus full of outdoor adventure potential, live concerts, craft beer, and a serene festival atmosphere.

Abercrombie and Fitch has announced the headliners for its annual fest fundraiser, The A&F Challenge, plus all the amenities guests can expect on Friday, September 7 at the company’s campus in New Albany.

A&F Challenge Fitz

Fitz and the Tantrums will be headlining the festivals with support from Judah & the Lion, Betty Who and Van William plus familiar names from Central Ohio on the acoustic stages.

Here’s a break down of all the other experiences ticket holders can take advantage of by the numbers:

  • 800 5k runners
  • 20 Campfire Experience teepees scattered around the A&F campus greenspace
  • 5,000 signature cocktails
  • 60 kegs of Kindred beer
  • 20 different food trucks
  • 6 different boutique shops
  • 300 t-shirts ready to be tie-dyed
  • 4-person rock wall
  • 3 archery targers
  • 2 ziplines
  • 1 bounce house

The day fest benefits SeriousFun Children’s Network, a global network of camps and programs for kids with serious illnesses and their families.

Since A&F Challenge’s inception in 2001, $20 million have been raised for charity.

The “challenge” this year is to surpass that goal.
