NHL + OSU? CBJ eyeballing Shoe for outdoor game

NHL could meet OSU this hockey season.

10TV reports NHL commissioner Gary Bettman is looking at the possibility of an outdoor game.

“It’s obvious that the team is competitive, that they’re playing exciting hockey, that the fans are reacting in positive ways,” Bettman said.

They haven’t confirmed an outdoor game, let along a location, but talks are happening internally.

“There’s a big football stadium there, last time I checked,” Bettman said.
