Property Shark recently came out with an analysis of home prices in 32 of America’s largest markets and though it still sucks to be a Browns fan, living in Cleveland doesn’t sound all that bad.

The analysis looked at how much space you can buy for $200,000 and according to Property Shark, you can buy 1,922 sq. ft. for the price.

Columbus was joined by Los Vegas, Oklahoma City, Tucson, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, and Charlotte in the mid-to-cheap range.

Unsurprisingly, places like Manhattan, San Francisco, and Boston were among the most expensive place to live.

If you want to live in Manhattan, we hope you liked college because for $200,000, you’d be crammed into a space about the size of a dorm room; 126 sq. ft.

You can rest easy knowing homebuyers here in Columbus can get about 15 times more house than Manhattan for $200k.

Cleveland on the other hand is the cheapest place to live out of all 32 markets in this analysis at 3,769 sq. ft. per $200,000.
