Despite possible adverse affects on traffic, nearby small businesses, and cost of living (read about all three here) a recent poll has determined Columbus would still like to be chosen as the location for Amazon’s HQ2.

The Business Journals partnered up with Elon University in North Carolina to conduct an online poll in all 19 finalist cities to find out which cities are the most supportive of the development.

Columbus’ enthusiasm floated near the top of the group with 49% of all respondents saying they “strongly support” Amazon HQ2 in Ohio’s capital and 81% overall saying they support it, reports Columbus Business First.

But when it comes to Columbus giving Amazon special treatment, 31% feel the city should offer them no more than they would for any other company. Only 13% said Columbus should give Amazon as much as possible to secure HQ2.

Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, and Atlanta residents were among the most supportive, as well.

Boston, Los Angeles, and Denver were the least interested in being chosen for Amazon’s HQ2.
