Capitol Square building slated for spring cleaning

You’ll notice some commotion outside a Capitol Square building soon but it’s nothing too major. The Hertz Investment Group at 65 E. State St. will be getting a good scrubbing soon; both indoors and outdoors.

The exterior of the 26-story facility will be power-washed, the windows will be resealed and buffed, and the exterior will also be resealed to prevent dirt from sticking to the building.

On the inside, most of the interior of the sixth and seventh floors will be demolished and redesigned to appeal to potential new tenants, reports Columbus Business First.
