After nearly two months at the Wexner Medical Center, 10TV’s Chris Bradley has returned home.

Bradley wasn’t feeling well on Thanksgiving Day and when he went to The James the next day, he was given terrible news: he had a touch of pneumonia, was experiencing kidney failure, and the leukemia was back, reports 10TV.

“It was so bad the kids were actually called in to say goodbye,” he said, per 10TV.

But thanks to Bradley’s team of doctors and a clinical trial of a new leukemia med, he’s recovered from the pneumonia and his kidneys are back in working order.

10TV reports there is also the possibility of a second stem cell transplant.

But first, Bradley is going to rest up so he get back to bringing Columbus the weather forecast.

“There’s going to be a day I’m going to be in front of that green screen,” he said, per 10TV.
