Jury undecided on death penalty, recommend life w/o parole for Brian Golsby
The jury for the Reagan Tokes case grappled for a little under 24 hours with the sentencing of Brian Golsby but were unable to reach a unanimous decision on the death penalty.
They recommend the sentence of life without parole for the convicted kidnapper, thief, rapist, and murderer.
