Unless you want a cart through windshield, avoid Bexley-area Kroger

We’re not sure what but something crazy went down in the Bexley Kroger parking lot at 2000 E Main St on Sunday.

A video posted to Facebook shows a man backing his car out of a spot and ramming into a park vehicle.

He exits his vehicles and leaves the parking lot briefly.

Evidently his destructive spree was not over because he returns and uses a shopping cart to bash in the back windshield of the car he just hit.
