04/09/2018: RIP to the south Columbus Kroger.
The grocery store located at 1441 Parsons Avenue was in violation of multiple health codes including the presence of insects, rodents, large quantities of feces, facility problems that would allow for pest entry, and more.
The gas station and pharmacy remain open.
Kroger officials say they are working to get the store back up to code. It’s undetermined when the grocery portion will reopen.
Back in early March, rodent were detected at this same Kroger but the problem was eradicated before it had to be closed down, reports Columbus Business First.
