We’re not sure exactly what went down at Pins Mechanical Co. Downtown’s NYE party but we reckon it was pretty damn catastrophic. Around 5pm on New Year’s Day, Pin’s posted a lengthy apology to their Facebook page, opening with “NO EXCUSES, WE F#@KED UP.”
They went on to say the event at the downtown store was oversold and understaffed, creating an unsatisfactory experience for customers [and what we presume was an unbelievably hellish night for the employees].
They are offering a full refund to customers who purchased tickets for the December 31 party plus a complementary cocktail and game of Duckpin bowling if you present your ticket at any location.
From what we’re seeing in the comments, people are impressed with Pins quick and sincere response to their f#@k up.
