All Positions-Historic LeVeque Tower Restaurant


Seeking a positive, service-oriented, energetic and self-motivated server to join our exceptional food & beverage team. Our Servers will work closely with the hotel's food & beverage team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Serve food and/or beverages
Provide excellent customer service
Answer customer and public inquiries
Assist patrons in food and beverage selections
Clean work areas and set dining area
Collect payment
Notify kitchen personnel of food orders, shortages or special orders
Executes show quality standards at all times


Seeking hosts with a desire to expand their service knowledge and be a part of an incredible team. Opportunities for growth are available for driven, unique individuals.

Experience not required but appreciated. Willing to train the right person.
OpenTable knowledge a bonus.


Requirements: This open kitchen requires 2 years restaurant line experience, passion for service, food & beverage with a focus on using local ingredients, attention to detail, strong understanding of culinary technique, knife skills, positive attitude.
