Personal Insurance Customer Service
In this position our ideal candidate would processes orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintains relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. Resolves customer issues/problems, researches and makes recommendations for potential enhancements or modifications to increase sales. May assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, quotes or negotiations. Works closely with Account Executives (or Account Managers), providing day-to-day, timely and accurate support for all new and renewing accounts (typically mid-sized or small accounts of lower complexity), while delivering an exceptional customer experience for our partner agents resulting in high customer loyalty and satisfaction and increased revenue for Indium. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
