Get your dose of creepy plants at Franklin Park Conservatory. The exhibit opens Saturday and runs through Halloween season featuring plants the snarl insects for lunch. “This is sort of our version of Halloween,” said spokeswoman Lori Kingston, according to the Dispatch. “We don’t compete with corn mazes and hayrides, but this will be unique.” The exhibit includes brain cactus, gas plant and Peruvian Old Man, which might not be terrifying but could be oddly interesting and the show is divided into Bizarre Botany, Vicious Plants and Carnivorous Plants.
