Braxton Miller gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated

Braxton Miller will be part of five regional covers for Sports Illustrated this week. As part of a college football preview, the magazine has released several covers. Miller is touted as a Heisman possible and threw 24 touchdowns and ran 1,068 yards but ended the season with an anticlimactic end. After falling to both Michigan State and Clemson (in the games that mattered), the team is looking to its quarterback to lead them through a new season. While Miller’s shoulder is still healing, he is expected to be ready by the first game against Navy.

Florida State’s QB Jameis Winston, Alabama’s wide receiver Amari Cooper, Oklahoma’s QB Trevor Knight, and UCLA’s QB Brett Hundley will also be featured on the regional covers of the magazine.
