Columbus loves soccer, almost more than every other city
Yes, D.C. might still be killing it when it comes to watching the World Cup, but Columbus isn’t all that far behind. Beating both New York and Boston in ESPN’s World Cup ratings for the U.S.’s top English language market Columbus came in at No.2 for watching the game. Washington’s rating was 13.3 compared to Columbus’ 12.6 for the game against Portugal.
